What’s the best alternative treatment for asthma?

I’ve had asthma and allergies all my life and used to take shots for them. I started exercising and jogging regularly to try to increase my lung capacity. To some degree it has helped. Is a warmer climate a benefit if you have asthma? I won’t take drugs anymore, just want to increase my standard of living.

I think you should try Mona Vie. Its a healthy, organic juice drink. While making your body healthier overall, it relieves the symptoms of asthma along with a number of other things…it tastes good too.
