Can i get medical marijuana card for asthma in washington state?

I have asthma and i am wondering if it is possible to get my medical marijuana green card for it, i heard it works and i am interested in trying it.
Oh yeah and before you respond please research because i have and it actually helps the larnyx relax in a different way then most other medicines, i am just looking for a second or third opinion, and i as a patient have the right to choose what type of treatment i want as long as it is justifiable.

Think about this: If you have asthma, you shouldn’t be smoking anything, much less marijuana. Idiot.
As someone with chronic asthma, I have done research. Asthma has nothing to do with the larynx.
Stupid is what Stupid does. Only a doctor can prescribe it and if you have asthma, there is no way any doctor will give it to you!!!
these ladies that have answered have not done any of their homework. Very ignonat . I here it help i have a friend with very bad astma and he smokes weed no cigerates (tabbco) it helps him ocautional try it
And another thing you can cook with it and get the same benefits from it or vaporize it. smoking is not need. Get educated before you rant about something you have no clue about. Thats why its illegal cause of narrow mind people. Anyways im not sure if it does or not but it considered a muscle relaxer so it might work.
From My research on the subject. Most Dr.’s Don’t want to see a patient smoking anything… But, as said in an earlier entry, ; Not needed to be smoke to be useful. Anyhow. Their are Dr.s that will allow the use of medicinal marijuana for the ease of Chronic Bronchitis and or Asthma. On that, their are also those that frown on THC at all. And others that hold out when it comes to any lung or breathing condition. My advise is. Don’t Give Up. You Do Qualify, It’s just finding someone with the right credentials to Sign your paperwork… Good Luck
