well you should excercise a lot and get lots of vitamins to control your asthma.

Advair inhaler one puff twice daily and an albuterol inhaler for emergency attacks.. i just found out i have asthma too, and thats what my doc gave me and ive been feeling wonderful.. btw, i am athletic too
