How can I control my Asthma W/OUT medicines?

Bobby JOE asked:

So I am about to join the National Guard. I had asthma a couple years ago. I need to go prove to a Doctor I do not have asthma. So, if I still do have Asthma, how do I control it? Are there any breathing tips? I can run about 3.5 miles without problems. But I have to prove I don’t have it.

Uh…You can run…But you are already good at that. Can’t you have an inhaler in your pocket? Your asthma must not be that bad if you can run 3.5mi. Do you have asthma attacks? Then bring an inhaler. But the best way to ‘control’ asthma without medicines is by exercising.

I have Asthma myself but I live with 3 cats. Why don’t you show your doctor by inhaling dust, pollen, aerosol or cat fur in front of him?

As for controlling it, I believe the more you expose yourself to potential hazards such as the ones mentioned above, the more likely you’ll develop an immunity.

Good luck!

This is something i do and most dominicans not to be ****** but if you want you can put Vick’s vaporub, you put it in your chest the night before and like on your nostrils before you go to sleep and in the morning you’ll be breathing with no problems or you can try it anytime it doesn’t have to be specific
